Payments and Returns
PAYMENTS.
At the premises at Unit 1 Home Farm Workshops, we accept the following payment methods:
- Cash.
- Cheque, with the appropriate cheque guarantee card.
- Debit/Credit card.
We can also take Debit/Credit card payments over the phone. Please call 01242 870078 to arrange a payment.
Online payments are by Debit/Credit card processed securely by Cardsave.
For Account/Invoice payments we accept the follwoing payment methods:
- Cash.
- Cheque, with the appropriate cheque guarantee card.
- Debit/Credit card.
- Bank Transfer. Account Number 35526960, Sort code 30-85-95. Please put Account/Invoice number as reference to the payment.
RETURNS.
We will provide a full refund or replacement for wines that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We may require the faulty bottles and contents to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at yor convenience.
For larger orders, we offer a "sale-or-return" service. All orders placed on a "sale-or-return" basis must be placed directly by telephone or in person. "Sale-or-Return" is not available on any orders placed online. All goods sold on a "sale -or-return" basis must be paid for in full prior to delivery. After the return of the remaining goods, arranged by myself ans necessary at your convenience, a refund of the amount corresponding to the goods returned will be issued.
