The Soligo Prosecco is a pale straw yellow colour. The nose shows classic notes of citrus fruits, green apple and a touch of richer baked brioche.
The palate is fine and well balanced, with a delicate mousse, sharp citrus and richer yeasty notes, more refreshing green apple and a lingering crispness through to the finish.
