Tasting notes:
Pale gold in colour, with an intense nose of green apple, citrus, grass, green peepper and hits of vanilla, cloves and toast. The palate is long, with good acidic balance and a lingering fresh finish.
About the wine:
Barrel aged in new Fench and Amercian oak for 11 months. A further 6 months ageing in the bottle before release.
Food match:
Great with roast white meat and pork, a range of cheeses and creamy fish dishes or shellfish.
